Sidney Phillips have announced the letting of the Coach & Horses in the Worcestershire village of Pinvin.
Pinvin stands just off the A44 trunk route in the Vale of Avon a mile north of the riverside market town of Pershore (population of 7,125). The village is of good size with an increasing population with many new homes having been built there over recent years.
The Coach & Horses stands detached in the very heart of the village being an attractive, well presented property offering characterful open plan bar area, function room/skittle alley, good owners accommodation and two separate trade gardens.
Due to the pandemic, the business has been closed, however is in a ready-to-trade condition, ready for immediate trading.
The premises has been let on a new free-of-tie lease agreement to a family of experienced operators, who will shortly be reopening the premises in conjunction with a new food offering.
