The Woadmans Arms, a closed public house located in Newton in the Isle, near Wisbech in Cambridgeshire has been sold through licensed property specialists Sidney Phillips.
The two-storey detached property is situated in the centre of the village and benefits from three sizeable trade spaces, large car park and a four bedroom owners accommodation above.
The business closed its doors in November 2017 following the sad passing of its long-term Tenants who had for some 39 years operated the business as a community wet-led public house. The property has now been sold to an individual looking to convert the premises into a single dwelling in order to relocate to the area.
