Leisure & hospitality agent Sidney Phillips has announced that it has sold the Brunant Arms in the Carmarthenshire village of Caio.
The pleasant village of Caio nestles in the picturesque Annell Valley setting steeped in local history, signposted and just over one mile off the main A482 Llandovery to Lampeter road. It is close to the famous Dolaucothi Roman Gold Mines and various other National Trust sites. There are and two adjoining riding/pony trekking centres nearby, and a caravan park. The University Town of Lampeter is approximately ten miles distant.
The Brunant Arms is a traditional character stone built village Inn which forms the end of the terrace. It benefits from open plan bar and dining areas with seating for 75, a spacious two bedroom owners accommodation and three en suite letting bedrooms.
The business has for the past 10 years been let to third party operators, however is currently closed.
The property has been purchased by a multiple operator, and the Brunant Arms joins a strong portfolio of public houses.
