Closed Gloucestershire pub let by Sidney Philips

Closed Gloucestershire pub let by Sidney Philips

Sidney Phillips is delighted to announce the letting of the Hearts of Oak in Drybrook, Gloucester, having only sold the freehold in October 2020.

The Hearts of Oak occupies a prime location in the centre of Drybrook village in the heart of the Forest of Dean, set back from the main road behind its own lined tarmacadamed car park. The Hearts of Oak is a substantial building arranged for ease of management. It offers open plan main bar areas with central bar servery, spacious owners’ accommodation, skittle alley and extensive gardens.

The pub has been closed for some time, including under the ownership of a national pub company. Sidney Phillips successfully sold the freehold interest in October 2020 to a regional investor who has decided to create a free-of-tie lease through Sidney Phillips to allow the business to reopen for continued pub use.
