The Papermakers Arms is situated in a busy residential area approximately 3 miles south of Dartford. Due to urban-sprawl, Hawley has very much become part of Dartford, therefore benefitting from the wide range of amenities, transport links and employment opportunities the town has to offer.
The Papermakers Arms is a large detached public house sitting within a rectangular plot measuring in the region of 0.5 acres. The business closed in April 2022 and has been vacant ever since.
Sidney Phillips have sold the freehold interest of the property to a successful local business looking to expand their portfolio of sites, off an asking price of £800,000.
