Sidney Phillips is pleased to announce the sale of the White Horse Inn, located in the desirable rural Cheshire village of Churton, acting on behalf of national pub company Admiral Taverns.
The White Horse Inn, which has remained closed since the start of the lockdown restrictions, has been sold to Elite Bistros, the team behind successful restaurants such as Sticky Walnut, Burnt Truffle, Hispi, Wreckfish, Pinion and Kala – all based in the North West. The White Horse Inn however is their first public house venture.
Gary Usher, owner of Elite Bistros, has stated “Our plans at the White Horse are pretty simple, we want to serve great drinks, delicious and unpretentious food by a team that love what they do. I’m super keen to hear what the local community like.”
The White Horse Inn has previously been supported by the local community, a factor which Elite Bistros plans to respect.

The freehold interest of the White Horse Inn was sold off an asking price of offers over £400,000 plus VAT.
