Leisure and hospitality specialist Sidney Phillips has announced that the Man on the Moon in New Addington has been let on a new free-of-tie lease agreement.
The Man on the Moon is prominently located on a corner plot, conveniently positioned on a bustling shopping parade adjacent to a busy housing estate. Croydon and the surrounding areas are undergoing a £3.5billion regeneration, which will see a new arena, Westfield shopping centre, supermarket, offices and apartments. It is expected to attract approximately 40,000 new residents to the area.
A purpose-built public house, the Man on the Moon has for many years operated as a wet-led community public house serving the needs of the residents living in the surrounding vicinity.
The premises has been let on a new free-of-tie lease agreement from Wellington Pub Company to an experienced local operator, who will be reinvesting in the appearance and infrastructure of the property to give the pub a new lease of life.
