The Trotting Mare Inn, a destination food-led pub situated in the village of Knolton in the county of Wrexham, has been sold through licensed property specialist, Sidney Phillips.
The beautifully presented ground floor premises, situated on The Trotting Mare Caravan & Holiday Park, features an attractive 70 cover open plan bar and restaurant area and well-equipped trade kitchen, was sold to experienced operator, Mr Basceken of Five Star Pizza Limited.
