The Snooty Fox, a closed public house situated in the village of Great Bromley in Essex, has been sold through licensed property specialist, Sidney Phillips.
Also known as the White Rose, the Snooty Fox marks the entrance to the Tendering Peninsula, a popular destination for visitors to the area, cyclists and nature enthusiast, who visit the numerous attractions including the nature reserves at Colne Point and Hamford, as well as the Beth Chatto Gardens and St Osyth Park. The area also houses a number of holiday parks used all year round.
Sitting on a site of approximately 0.4 acres, the Snooty Fox offers two bar areas (35-40), a restaurant (36), two bed accommodation, decking (40-50) as well as a rear garden and car park.

Sidney Phillips sold the Snooty Fox off a freehold asking price of £380,000.
