Sidney Phillips have announced the sale of the Duke in St. Leonards-on-Sea, acting on behalf of national pub company Admiral Taverns.
The Duke is a two-storey corner plot public house situated in a densely populated area of the town and sits within a healthy sized plot. It benefits from separate public and saloon bars, a three bedroom owners accommodation and walled beer garden.
