The Potters Arms, a wet led community local pub situated on the edge of Chorley town centre, Lancashire, has been sold through licensed property specialist, Sidney Phillips.
The detached property, situated on Brooke Street, which features an open plan main bar and lounge, games room, trade kitchen and three bedroom owners accommodation, had been family run for over 35 years.
