The Springfield Holiday Apartments, situated in the seaside resort of Skegness in Lincolnshire has been sold by hospitality property sales specialist Sidney Phillips.
The Springfield Holiday Apartments occupies a sizeable three-storey property located a short walk from the town’s main amenities and seafront, including the Embassy Theatre, Tower Gardens and Skegness Pier.
Located on Scarborough Avenue, the property briefly comprises eleven self-contained en suite letting rooms with kitchenettes, a rear car park and two-bedroom private owner’s accommodation.
