Leisure and hospitality specialist Sidney Phillips has let a fabulously presented pub with rooms in the affluent Surrey Hills, to an expanding regional operator.
The Bulls Head is a prominent and eye-catching property situated to the north end of Ewhurst village. The property was purchased in January 2021 as a closed down and neglected Pub Company public house, which since then, has been lovingly and painstakingly renovated, including stripping it back to the bricks and starting afresh.
It is presented to a high standard throughout and benefits from two well-presented trade areas (65-70), a spacious trade patio (60-70) and seven superb en suite letting bedrooms. The pub also boasts a large barn building, which has the potential for conversion into further letting bedrooms.
Regional Valuations Manager, Robert Cockayne, who handled the letting commented: “The number of public houses being let and reopened continues to grow, news that is often not reported in the media (after all, good news does not sell newspapers!). The fact that Bulls Head is being reopened by experienced operators with a strong brand and a highly experienced team behind them is great news for the village and the surrounding conurbations.”
The Bulls Head was let on a new free-of-tie lease.
