Newport is the principality of Wales’ third largest city with a population of 110,000 and is considered the Gateway of Wales being the first major conurbation when entering the country from the east via the M4 motorway.
It was at one time a busy port and stands astride the River Usk and has a busy city centre with many businesses located therein. Just off the main city centre is The Angel, which is just on the edge of the main ‘circuit’, albeit located in a semi-residential area.
This closed property comprises two bar areas, five bedroom accommodation above and a basement cellar.
The property has been sold to a private investor, off an asking price of £185,000.
