The Plough & Attic Rooms occupies a Grade II listed 17th Century timber-framed building situated in the heart of the affluent village of Rusper, a short drive from Horsham.
The property retains much of its original charms and features including character timbers, flagstone flooring and exposed brickwork. It benefits from a number of bar and dining areas, catering for 94 covers, garden gardens and a one-bedroom owner’s flat.
The business has been sold to a local operator, who will be continuing to operate the premises as a pub and eatery.
