Freehold pub in Sleaford sold by Sidney Phillips

The Musicians Arms, a closed public house in the Lincolnshire village of Dorrington near Sleaford, has been sold by leisure property specialist Sidney Phillips.

The Musicians Arms is a two-storey roadside public house situated on the busy B1188 running between Sleaford and Lincoln.

The property features a bar, sizeable 60 cover restaurant, trade garden and three double bedroom owner’s accommodation.

Until it’s closure in early 2024, the business had been in operation since 2002 and was an established pub locally renowned as a food-led venue, frequented by destination diners, loyal drinking patrons and visitors to the nearby RAF bases. The pub was known for its Sunday lunches and reasonable prices.

The Musicians Arms was sold off an asking price of £290,000 to a local buyer.
