The Crown, a former community wet-led public house situated in the vibrant Suffolk town of Leiston has been sold through licensed property specialists Sidney Phillips.

The Crown occupies a two-storey detached brick building and benefits from an enviable position on the busy King Georges Avenue close to the main amenities within the town. The property includes two bars, a first-floor function room, a catering kitchen and five double bedrooms.

Sidney Phillips conducted the freehold sale on behalf Admiral Taverns strong interest was seen from the start of marketing. The Crown has been acquired by a local purchaser based within the county of Suffolk.

The Crown has been acquired by a purchaser based within the county of Suffolk off a Freehold asking price of £300,000.
