Greene King Pub Partners have today announced that it has extended its rental concession for tied tenants until the end of Lockdown 3.0, at a rate of 90%.
Although only affecting tied tenants, Greene King are believed to be dealing with tenants of free-of-tie leases on an individual case-by-case basis.
Since March 2020, the firm have now provided financial aid to its tenants at a sum in the region of £25,000,000, in a fight to help ease the blow to publicans of a succession of lockdowns and restrictions on opening hours and capacities of pubs.
