The Kings Arms Hotel, a historic 16th Century town centre inn situated in the Cotswolds, has been sold through specialist licenced property adviser, Sidney Phillips.
Stow on the Wold is internationally renowned as one of the jewels of the Cotswolds. The Market Town attracts tens of thousands of visitors each year coming to view the historic ancient buildings, to browse the boutique and antique shops and to marvel at the historic streets that almost propel you back into Georgian Britain. The Kings Arms is an imposing and Grade ll listed building dating back certainly to the early 1600’s but reputedly earlier. King Charles l was known to have stayed here and legend has it that he often met his mistress, the actress Nell Gwynne. Sidney Phillips sold the Leasehold interest of the Kings Arms Hotel off an asking price of £130,000.
