Specialist Pub Agents, Sidney Phillips have successfully completed on the letting of the Crown, a traditional freehouse located on West Street in the renowned antiques hub town of Horncastle, Lincolnshire.
The Crown occupies a detached two-storey Grade II listed building believed to have been built in the early 17th Century. The venue benefits from a sizeable open plan trade area with a large car park and rear trade patio.
The Crown is set to be taken over by an experienced operator relocating from North Lincolnshire, seeking to continue to operate the business as a local community pub focusing on wet sales.
