Acting on behalf of Wellington Pub Company, leisure and hospitality specialist Sidney Phillips has successfully let the Kings Arms in Meopham on a new free-of-tie lease.
The Kings Arms occupies a prominent village green position in the affluent commuter village of Meopham, is known to be one of the area’s prime locations for those working in and around London due to its commutability. The premises boasts 117 covers across three trade areas, as well as a beer garden, car park and four bedroom accommodation.
The Kings Arms has been let on a new 20 year agreement to an experienced multi-site operator who is well known in the North Kent area for their quality food and service.
