Kent village pub sold

Leisure and hospitality specialist Sidney Phillips has announced the sale of the leasehold interest of the Swan Inn near Cranbrook, Kent.

The Swan is situated in the village of Sandhurst, a desirable and busy village on the border with East Sussex. It falls approximately 8 miles west of Tenterden and boasts numerous local amenities including a primary school, petrol station, convenience store and farm shop.

The Swan is a modern constructed property and has undergone an extensive and superbly executed refurbishment in recent years. Including the construction is an eye-catching oak-framed dining room to supplement the warm and welcoming bar area.

The leasehold interest of the Swan Inn has been sold on behalf of a local multi-site operator, to experienced publicans who will be bringing a flair of Spain to the area, introducing an exciting authentic Spanish menu including fresh fish, meats and paella.
