Specialist leisure and hospitality agent Sidney Phillips have completed on the sale of the White Hart Inn, a community public house and brewery situated on the west bank of the River Trent in West Stockwith, Lincolnshire.
The White Hart Inn is a well-presented public house which dates back to 1844, occupying a detached three-storey building.
The premises benefits from a bar and separate restaurant with 82 seats, a large trade garden and a large five bedroom owners accommodation above. It also has a detached eight barrel plant brewery named “The Idle Brewery”.
