Leisure Property Specialists Sidney Phillips have announced the leasehold sale of Krystal’s in Lincoln, an upmarket Gentleman’s Club situated on Park Street standing adjacent to the city’s main social and nightlife venues.
Set over two floors the venue is renowned for being Lincolnshire's premier venues offering a bar, VIP lounge, champagne bar and dance room, suitable for large parties and private hire. The business operates five nights a week and benefited from a 4.30am late license.
The business has traded strongly for many years and boasts a strong online presence.
Sidney Phillips have sold the leasehold interest of Krystal’s to an experienced operator with an established portfolio of gentleman’s clubs within the Essex and North London areas.
