The property is situated within the sizeable and busy Lincolnshire village of Bardney, which has an estimated population of 2,000 residents and lies 11.2 miles east of the county capital of Lincoln.
The Black Horse dates back to the 16th century where remnants of its characterful past are still found within the property today. The property enjoys a prominent position within a sizeable corner plot opposite the Co-op supermarket located on Wragby Road.
The Black Horse most recently operated as a 'lifestyle' business on limited hours, trading as a guesthouse and destination food venue. The property catered for pre-booked private functions and offers disabled accommodation via its two bedroom ground floor annexe. The sellers have operated the Black Horse since 2002 and during their time at the property have created a positively reviewed, well established business, offering a relaxed atmosphere to both local residents and guests.
