This pub and restaurant benefits from four en suite letting bedrooms, a two-bedroom private accommodation, large car park and trade garden. The business is popular with local clientele as well as visitors to the nearby PF International Kart Circuit and Newark Showground.

Zaine Lamont, Regional Valuations Manager for the Eastern Counties handled the sale and commented: “The freehold sale of The Five Bells shows that, despite the challenging industry, the public house market within both Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire remains strong.”
