Tyddyn Llan Country House Hotel has been sold via the North West branch of licensed property specialists, Sidney Phillips.

The multi award winning restaurant, was formerly operated by Brian Webb, one of Wales foremost chefs and his wife Susan since 2002, is set in stunning 3-acre grounds in the village of Llandrillo which lies between Bala and Corwen and offers spectacular views of the Vale of Edeyrnion, slopes of the Berwyn mountains and sits in the Upper Dee Valley (AONB).

Sidney Phillps sold the freehold interest of the property off an asking price of £1,500,000.
