Licensed property specialists Sidney Phillips has completed the letting of the Ivy Inn in North Littleton, Worcestershire to an experienced team of brothers.
The Ivy Inn is situated in the attractive village of North Littleton, a Conservation Area centred around a village green setting. The pub has been improved over the last two years with considerable expenditure and investment having taken place. It now offers excellent bar and restaurant facilities, comprehensively equipped service rooms and spacious owners accommodation, together with good sized gardens and car parking.
Our clients purchased the Ivy Inn in July 2017 when it was closed. During the following six months an extensive refurbishment and development programme was undertaken before the pub was ready to open for trade in December 2017, although only the bar/drinks side of the business.
Although currently a wet-led business with a traditional British menu, the new Tenants sourced by Sidney Phillips intend to grow the catering side of the business, expanding on the hard work of the outgoing Landlord.
Sidney Phillips let the Ivy Inn off a leasehold asking price of £35,000.
