The Grange Inn, a closed community local pub situated in the town of Burton on Trent in East Staffordshire, has been leased through leisure and hospitality specialist Sidney Phillips.
The property is situated in the East Staffordshire town of Burton on Trent, renowned for its long history of brewing, at one time exporting beer throughout the world and accounting for a quarter of UK beer production. The town is currently home to eight breweries, which include Molson Coors who produce Carling, the UK’s most popular beer brand.
The Grange Inn occupies a two-storey detached pub benefitting from being situated in a residential location within walking distance of a sizeable local custom.
The most recent tenant operated the premises from 2005 until 2020 where the business was traded as a wet-led community public house, with both darts and pool teams alongside hosting regular events such as bingo, quizzes, live music and other celebratory functions.
