Leisure and hospitality specialist Sidney Phillips has completed the leasehold assignment of the Queens Head in Foulsham, a public house benefiting from a plot of around 1.3 acres which also includes a certified campsite and sizeable rear car park.
The Queens Head has most recently traded as a successful public house and campsite serving both food and drink to local residents and passing holiday makers/visitors.

The Leasehold interest of the Queens Head, Foulsham was purchased by Fresh Deals Hospitality Limited of Diss, who will be investing in the property and provide a fresh impetus for the business.
Sidney Phillips sold the Queens Head off a leasehold premium of £30,000.
