Pembrokeshire inn sold

The Bush Inn, a flourishing food-led public house pub situated in the village of Robeston Wathen in Pembrokeshire, has been sold through licensed property specialist, Sidney Phillips.

Standing in a village popular with visitors and tourists throughout the year, close to several major tourist attractions including the Oakwood Theme Park, Bluestone Holiday Park, the Pembroke Coast National Park and the ever popular tourist town of Tenby the Bush Inn greatly benefits from its proximity to a large number of surrounding caravan and holiday parks.

The business is located on the edge of the village close to the main A40, and is a pretty cottage style public house standing in large grounds having ample parking and gardens. The business for many years has thrived as a food-led operation benefitting from an open plan lounge, restaurant and carvery.

Ceiron Griffiths, Regional Valuations Manager for Wales handled the sale and comments, “The sale of the Bush Inn demonstrates the ongoing demand for going-concern public houses, despite their forced closure due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which is positive news in an industry that has been hard hit by lockdown restrictions.”

Sidney Phillips sold the freehold interest of the Bush Inn off an asking price of £199,000.
