The Mill, a closed community pub in New Basford, a northerly suburb of the city of Nottingham has been sold through specialist public house agent Sidney Phillips.
The property can be found on a busy residential estate setting on Bagnall Road. The Mill occupies a two-storey, five-bedroom detached pub that comprises two internal trade areas, a cellar, commercial kitchen, sizeable car park and two outbuildings.
The business recently operated as a tenanted outlet, trading as a hybrid traditional community public house and European themed restaurant with takeaway offering.
Zaine Lamont, Regional Valuations Manager for the Eastern Counties, handled the sale and commented: “I am extremely pleased the sale of The Mill has reached its conclusion, especially as we achieved a sale price significantly higher than the advertised asking price. Sidney Phillips sold The Mill off a freehold asking price of £350,000.
