The Fox Inn is located on the south-eastern edge of the village in a slightly elevated position, commanding views across to the Shropshire Hills. It is an attractive Georgian premises which dates back to the early seventeenth century, although it is not listed.
The Fox Inn is well appointed with conveniently arranged trading areas, spacious owners’ accommodation, gardens, trade patio and car parking.
Sidney Phillips marketed the freehold interest of the property off an asking price of £325,000.
