The Sun Inn, a community local pub and restaurant situated in the village of Whitfield in Northamptonshire, has been let through licensed property specialist, Sidney Phillips.
The Sun Inn is a three-storey detached public house, which benefits from being the only pub in the village. It benefits from a restaurant area, main bar, games room, commercial kitchen, nine letting bedrooms and a studio flat.
Zaine Lamont, Regional Valuations Manager for the Eastern Counties handled the letting and commented: “I am delighted to have found a new tenant for The Sun Inn and am especially pleased to have concluded the let to an experienced multi-site operator with whom we have sold property to previously. The pub has all the elements for establishing itself as one of the ‘go to’ destination venues.”
The Sun Inn was let off an asking premium of £20,000 on a new free-of-tie lease agreement.
