Licensed property specialists, Sidney Phillips has completed on the sale of The Swan, a well-presented village pub, known in the area for its welcoming atmosphere and good food, to experienced local operators.

The Swan is situated in the village of Sandhurst, a desirable and busy village in Kent, on the border with East Sussex. The property is positioned along the main road and has undergone a full refurbishment in recent years and is presented to a high standard throughout.
