The Devonshire Arms, a closed community pub in the Derbyshire village of Somercotes, Alfreton, has been sold through specialist public house agents Sidney Phillips.
The property can be found on Somercotes Hill, located 1.5 miles south of Alfreton, opposite a Co-op supermarket. The pub is 15 miles northeast of Derby, 16 miles northwest of Nottingham and 7 miles southeast of Sutton in Ashfield.
The Devonshire Arms occupies a two-storey, three-bedroom detached brick building under a pitched tile roof that briefly comprises an open plan main bar, basement cellar, catering kitchen, car park and outbuilding with a single garage.
The business recently operated as a tenanted outlet, trading until April 2021 as a live music focused public house. They offered jam nights, karaoke and open mic evenings via its first-floor function room and used its ground-floor stage area to host its pool and darts teams.

Sidney Phillips sold the Devonshire Arms off a freehold asking price of £275,000.
