The Olde Farmhouse Inn, a closed hotel, bar and restaurant, situated on the outskirts of the rural hamlet of Little London, Immingham, has been sold through licensed property specialist, Sidney Phillips.
The Olde Farmhouse occupies a detached, three storey property. It briefly comprises: Seven guest bedrooms, restaurant, bar, rear car park, trade patio & smoking shelter, the property also benefits from two private bedrooms and a detached annexe most recently utilised for commercial use.
The property had been in our client’s ownership since 2010 and operated as a community wet-led public bar serving passing trade from the nearby towns of Immingham and Grimsby, as well as local villages. A large proportion of clients and guests were employees of the local refinery, docks and chemical factories.
