Sold by Sidney Phillips: Popular Rhyl destination Inn

The Cob & Pen in Rhyl has been sold by licensed trade specialists Sidney Phillips. The freehold asking price was £450,000 and was purchased by a private individual hailing from the Rhyl area.

The sizeable and prominent roadside building benefits from three spacious trade areas, a trade kitchen and a large trade yard to the rear. There is sheltered seating, a band stage, and extensive owner's accommodation, split over two levels and appointed to a high standard.

The popular wet-led public house has been run by Noel and Amanda Clements since 2012 and has seen massive investment. Under the couple's ownership, the inn became Rhyl's number one destination for its live music events, pool and darts teams, and live sporting events. The friendly and welcoming atmosphere was enjoyed by locals and tourists alike.
