The Red Lion, a closed pub for sale situated in the village of Llanasa in Flintshire, has been sold through leisure property specialist Sidney Phillips.
The Red Lion is a charming Grade II listed public house situated in the heart of Llanasa, an attractive village in one of the ancient parishes of Flintshire, within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and a designated conservation area. The property dates back to the latter part of the 19th century and is of local stone construction and retains many original features throughout. The former barn, which sits adjacent the public house, now provides five en suite letting rooms.
