The White Horse, a successful public house and restaurant located within the affluent Norfolk village of Chedgrave, has sold b specialist hospitality agent Sidney Phillips.
The White Horse, the only pub in the village, is a two-storey semi-detached public house occupying a prominent position on Norwich Road. The property includes a three-bedroom flat, four internal trade areas, sizeable car park and gardens, as well as a bowls green with pavilion.
Zaine Lamont, Regional Valuations Manager for the Eastern Counties handled the sale and commented: “I want to congratulate the outgoing operator on his efforts in creating an extremely successful business, which proved popular with potential buyers on the open market. The sale of the White Horse demonstrates the ongoing demand for free-of-tie public houses in the Norfolk area.”
The leasehold interest of The White Horse was sold off an asking price £27,500.
