Specialist hospitality agents, Sidney Phillips, have completed the sale of the Kings Head, a popular event-driven community public house and restaurant in the Norfolk village of North Lopham.
The village of North Lopham is located close to the Suffolk border in the south of the county, seven miles west of Diss, twelve miles east of Thetford, twenty miles north-east of Bury St Edmunds and twenty-five miles south of Norwich. The village is adjacent to the A1066, which connects Thetford to Diss.
The Kings Head occupies a Grade II listed two-storey detached part-timber frame, part-brick building under a predominantly thatched roof with part felt flat and pan tile. The property benefits from being the only public house in the village and has a first floor with two private bedrooms, a sizeable front car park, a trade garden and three double ensuite letting bedrooms.

The freehold interest of the Kings Head, North Lopham has been purchased by a private individual hailing from the county of Essex.
Sidney Phillips sold the Kings Head, North Lopham, off a freehold asking price of £385,000.
