It is home to Swansea’s largest retail park and the A483 trunk route which runs through the suburb is one of the main arterial routes running from Swansea City Centre to connect with the M4 to the north.

It has always enjoyed a popular “locals” trade but opened intermittently throughout the two years of the Covid Pandemic. Despite being closed at the time of sale, the property remains well-furnished, ready to open and trade.
The Joiners Arms has been sold off an asking price of £165,000.
