The Boars Head is a popular venue with locals boasting three pool teams, showing live sporting events and hosting live music twice a week.
The premises comprises and open-plan ground floor trade area which accommodates approximately 50 patrons and incorporates snug areas, games area and central bar servery. A small trade patio is positioned to the rear of the building featuring sheltered seating area and picnic style benches. The first and second floors features owners’ accommodation comprising four double bedrooms and one single bedroom.
Sidney Phillips sold the Boars Head off a freehold asking price of £240,000.
