The Lacon Arms, a traditional wet led public house situated in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, has been sold through specialist pub agent Sidney Phillips.
The property briefly includes an open plan main bar with space for 80 covers, ground floor cellar, two double bedroom private accommodation across the first floor and an enclosed private yard.
The business operated as a 100% wet led community public house that housed both darts and pool teams, alongside hosting regular events such as quizzes, live music and other celebratory functions.

Sidney Phillips sold The Lacon Arms off a freehold asking price of £190,000.
