The property and business have been sold to Menter Gymunedol Llanuwchllyn Cyfyngedig (Llanuwchllyn Cyfynedig Community Enterprise) who will continue to operate The Eagles as a community pub, restaurant and shop for the benefit of the whole area whilst ensuring the continuity, development and sustainable growth of the business in accordance with the aims of the community.
Sidney Phillps sold the freehold interest of the property off an asking price of £450,000.
