The Northwich Sauna is located in the Cheshire town of Northwich, named one of the best places to live in the UK in 2014. The immediate area surrounding the business has been subject to much investment in recent years with a new housing development of 900 dwelling planned on the land facing the property.
The building is an eye-catching and unique 17,000 sq.ft premises occupying a prominent roadside position.
Northwich Sauna is the UK’s largest Male only sauna and sees trade flock from around the UK. Established in 2005, the business has been a popular hub for members of the gay and bisexual community, visited for it’s friendly and welcoming atmosphere along with a varied range of high-quality amenities including saunas, 1,500 sq ft jacuzzi, sun bed rooms and sizeable car park for 90 plus vehicles.
