Sidney Phillips have announced the successful letting of the Central Hotel in the Ceredigion village of Llanon.
The popular beachside village of Llanon stands on the Cardigan Bay Coast some five miles north of the famed harbourside town of Aberaeron, 27 miles north of the County Town of Cardigan and 11 miles south of the University town of Aberystwyth.
The Central Hotel is an attractive Georgian style property holding possibly the most central position in the village. It has been closed for a number of years but has recently been redeveloped to create a number of flats and apartments as well as the original ground floor trading areas being upgraded.
The premises has been let on a new free-of-tie tenancy agreement to an experienced multiple operator with a number of other premises across the county.
