YHA Mankinholes, has been sold through specialist business property adviser Sidney Phillips.
The charming 16th century former manor house is in the hamlet of Mankinholes, West Yorkshire in the Upper Calder Valley. The 32-bed hostel also featured a 2-bedroom duplex staff accommodation, communal lounge, dining rooms and self-catering kitchen plus well presented private driveway and grounds.
Dean Mcay, Regional Valuations Manager for the North West handled the sale and comments, “We wish the new owners the best luck with their project who are motivated by an historic affection for the YHA and plan to make the hostel a hub of the community as well as offering affordable self-catering accommodation. I look forward to seeing the venue once all the improvements have been completed”.
Sidney Phillips sold YHA Mankinholes off a freehold asking price of £375,000.
