The Pig & Drum, a closed city centre pub situated in the Cathedral City of Worcester, has been sold through licensed property specialist, Sidney Phillips.
The attractive mid-terrace property, located in an known as Lowesmoor features open plan split level main bar area, skittle alley come function room, good enclosed trade gardens and spacious owners’ accommodation.

The property has been sold to a local investor who adds the Pig & Drum to their expanding property portfolio, with a new lessee already lined up to reopen the pub.
Sidney Phillips sold the freehold interest off an asking price of £225,000.
