Leisure and hospitality specialist Sidney Phillips has announced the sale of the Tally Ho Inn in the Worcestershire village of Broadheath.
The Tally Ho is a centuries old pub reputed to date back in part to Medieval times, although surprisingly the property is not listed. It has a wealth of period charm and character as well as good bar and restaurant facilities, spacious owners accommodation and a purpose built eleven bedroom hotel block. It is situated in a very attractive residential area with the village being almost equi distant between the market towns of Tenbury Wells, Bromyard and Stourport on Severn.
The business is very successful, despite being operated on relatively limited opening hours to suit the outgoing owner’s lifestyle. This offers a great opportunity for the new owner to increase the opening hours and in turn, turnover.
